My name is Lenneke. I make calm tools because I needed them first.
There was a week I mostly stayed on the couch. The laundry sat on the bed, so we slept around it. The stairs felt too heavy to climb more than once. I knew exactly what I should be doing, and I could not seem to begin any of it. If you have lived a week like that, you already understand more about MySelova than any tagline could explain.
I am a single mother in the Netherlands, rebuilding after years of survival mode. Not rebuilt. Rebuilding, still, on the days this is written. I say that plainly because I am tired of calm being sold by people who seem to have arrived somewhere I have not. I have not arrived. I am walking through it beside you, learning what actually helps a tired woman move.
"I am so tired of being tired." If that sentence lives in you, you are who I make these for.
What I learned, slowly, is that I do not need to fix everything at once. When there is no clear first step, I get overwhelmed and avoidant and stuck. So I built small first steps: clear one surface, take one slow breath, find yellow before red, send one honest email. Tiny things, made for low-energy days. That is all MySelova really is.
Faith is part of my own rebuilding, held gently and never pushed on you. Calm is the goal, over hustle. Small honest steps, over perfection. Energy first, because everything else grows from it. If any of that feels like a relief to read, then you have found the right corner of the internet.
No pressure to be anyone other than tired-and-trying. Just small, honest steps and gentle company along the way.
